EXPAND STATEMENT

Acquisition of the business of Expand Research Limited

Expand Research Limited (ERL) has been transferred to a newly-formed limited liability partnership, Expand Research LLP (New Expand), to be owned collectively by the existing shareholders and The Boston Consulting Group (BCG).

The completion of that transfer took place on 30 June 2011.

New Expand will continue to operate in the same manner but with enhanced capabilities as a result of the new relationship with BCG.

Expand Research would like to thank our clients for their continued support and commitment and we look forward to providing valuable decision support for the Capital Markets community for many years to come.
